  Musik trifft Meditation, schon gewohnheitsgemäß am letzten Samstag im Juni auf der Halde Norddeutschland. Als Besonderheit in diesem Jahr kommen zwei klassisch indische Musiker hinzu. Sie führen die beide vorangegangenen Darbietungsformen zum Sonnenuntergang in einem Meditationskonzert zusammen. Zu Klängen von Santoor, Flöten und Gesang ist jeder eingeladen zu erleben was passiert....
  
  Banda Baltica anschließend Abendmeditation unter Begleitung der Musiker in Kooperation mit dem Kensho Sport- und Gesundheitszentrum. (Anmeldung zur Meditation über die Website). Danach klassische indische Musik zum Sonnenuntergang mit Shaizan Khan + Nawab Khan.

Das Quartett Banda Baltica um die schwedische Sängerin und Klangkünstlerin Anna Lindblom streift durch die europäische Folklore: musikalische Traditionen des Ostseeraums mischen sich mit Swing und Bossa, improvisiert wird in geraden und ungeraden Rhythmen, ungewöhnliche Klangexperimente treffen auf schwungvolle Liedinterpretationen. Die Musiker kennen sich seit Jahren und begegnen sich in verschiedenen Konstellationen immer wieder neu. Sie bringen die Musik ihrer Heimat mit und verarbeiten aktuelle Eindrücke: nordisches Liedgut von Lindblom, Osteuropäisches aus Weißrussland vom Vibrafonisten Birukou, Hardo Kritz steht fest in der Gypsytradition a la Django Reinhardt, Jan Tengeler kommt ursprünglich von der Ostsee, inzwischen lebt er überwiegend in Griechenland, Lieder vom Meer sind ihm so vertraut wie die Rhythmen des Balkan.

Nawab khan who come from a family of Indian clasical musicians whose family is doing this music for Royal courts or Rajasthan since many generations. Since childhood he was connected with various forms of spirituality and practicing many spiritual activities, But Sound and music always inspire and attract more. Then started researching on that and went through many already disclosed researches like Naada yoga, Gong n Singing Bowl therapy, Pythagoras mathematically explanations, Greek and eastern study of sound and meditation etc and then did clinical music therapy course with psychological explanation. The research and study is not stopped yet and he is coming with a project cal led Raaga_science. A unique initiative will educate you how to heal your mind body and soul and encourage you to be si1mplify and be good receptor . Raaga_science Project - Indian clasical music is called raaga music which is almost 5000 years tradition of I ndia. lt's not written music like western music it's an oral tradition passes through generation to generation. This is not meant to design for entertainment purpose it's for spiritual practice, meditation, relaxation and for healing . There are so many things to explain how this music heal ur mind body and soul but it's a scientific era and everybody understands easily the language of science. Science Our whole body made out of 9 different systems like metabolic system, endrosystem, neuro system , respiratory system etc. All these system are made of organ and tissues ; they made out of cells; cells with atom and atoms with sub-atom and sub-atom with energy. lt means our whole body is energy and we have many energy spots in our body. But in our philosophy 7 spots are very powerful which we called CHAKRA . lf there is vibration on chakra, energy flow from root chakra to crown. lf flow of energy proper in your body, you can be super happy.
